Meredith Tilton, MMFT, is a compassionate biblical counselor and ordained minister who desires to help others by facilitating biblical counseling, inner-healing, and deliverance through connection and relationship with Jesus.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oral Roberts University and a Masters in Family Therapy from Texas Women’s University, Meredith has spent almost 10 years in vocational ministry at Gateway Church in Southlake, TX. Throughout her years as a Pastor, Meredith completed Pastors School by Jimmy Evans, Gateway’s Basic and Intermediate Freedom Training, as well as additional trainings in Advanced Biblical Counseling, the prophetic, small group facilitation, leadership, and team development.  Meredith has also enjoyed her time participating in ministry events such as teaching at Kairos, facilitating process groups, leading ministry retreats, ministering to ministers through a staff care program, and leading global ministry trips. The ministry trip to El Salvador specifically empowered her to have more confidence in the Lord’s desire to partner with people in the miraculous by bringing healing and prophetic words of encouragement.

Now with Stacking Stones Ministry, Meredith is honored to provide one-on-one ministry through biblical counseling sessions. She is thrilled to get back to her passion of marrying her educational background in family therapy with Holy Spirit led ministry.  Meredith primarily works with adult women, marriage/couples, and young adult ladies.

Meredith and her husband have been married since 2014, have one beautiful daughter, and a sweet ’fur-baby’. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, watching a good movie with popcorn and peanut m&ms, traveling, and recharging in the quiet and beauty of the countryside.
